Booking the Cooks is a new venture from Field & Vine Limited offering cookery workshops and demonstrations for everyone who has an interest in food, cooking, and eating.

Our workshops & demonstrations will take in most of the world's cuisines and encompass different course ideas and suggestions. Also included will be cookery techniques, menu planning and culinary hints & tips.

These workshops and demonstrations will take place locally and each one will include a light lunch, a complimentary glass of wine provided by local wine merchant Field & Vine and a specially compiled booklet with the recipes you will have seen prepared on the day.

We aim to start our workshops & demonstrations in 2008, so please let us know if you would like to receive more information once our programme of events has been finalised.

We are also looking into the possibility of cookery workshops for children, which would be run during the school holidays and would last between 2 and 3 hours. Again, please let us know if you might be interested in these.
